Does KROOZ give free ride promotion?

KROOZ does have customers Invite feature through the KROOZ customer apps. The (Referral Code) when use do give the INVITEE fee percentage discount for both ride and delivery.

Customer can share the experience of using KROOZ apps via social networking, email, text and can avail the benefit once the referred persons download the KROOZ app and place order for ride or delivery request using the referral code (unique auto generated code).

To get benefits of the referral code, the referred person should apply the referral code within 24 hours of registration. Once the referral code is applied, the user gets the preset discount on his first ride or delivery.

Drivers can also earn money by referring other TNC Drivers to us using the auto generated driver referral code on the KROOZ Driver apps and get paid for referring when the driver completes 150 trips in any given time.

The KROOZ driver referral code is available in KROOZ drivers app.

What is KROOZ® ZERO Tolerance Policy?

KROOZ® ZERO-TOLERANCE Policy.

Cancellation Fee Apply:

If you cancel the ride or the delivery request once the pick-up request has been generated, also once the KROOZ® driver has been dispatched for the pick up, you'll be charged cancellation fee based on the KROOZ® vehicle type ordered. No exempt and No refund.

No Show Fee Apply:

When KROOZ® driver arrived your pickup location you'll receive a notification text message alerting you that your driver has arrived for pickup. And if you failed to meet with the driver while the driver waited 3 minutes, the trip will automatically cancelled and you'll be charged No Show fee. The cancelled ride cannot be reversed.

However, if you choose to take the trip after the ride is cancelled you will have to request the ride again and being that the driver is already at your location, our system will pair you with the driver again or the next available driver for the trip.

No Drugs, Marijuana/Cannabis, Open Alcohol or Weapon allowed in KROOZ® Vehicle:

Under no circumstances is any type of DRUG, MARIJUANA/CANNABIS, WEAPONS OR OPEN ALCOHOL allowed in any KROOZ® vehicle. If at any time your driver sees or smells any of the above items they are more than welcomed to stop the trip without return of pay. In addition, a ban may be placed on your account. Driver's are not allowed to smoke or drink alcohol in vehicle while driving for KROOZ®. If such activity exist and is brought to our attention upon investigation, KROOZ® will deactivate the driver account.

KROOZ® Prohibit any Sexual Harassment:

We do not tolerant any sexual harassment towards KROOZ® customer/rider aboard by any KROOZ® driver. All KROOZ® drivers are expected to behave and render service professionally. If such an incident is reported to us, the KROOZ® driver account will be SUSPENDED and BLOCKED, and legal action could proceed.

Can I use the same phone device or phone number for both KROOZ® customer app and KROOZ® driver app?

Yes, you can use the same phone device or phone number for both KROOZ® and KROOZ® Driver apps, however, you will need to use different email addresses.

Example: email-address1@anydomain.com for KROOZ customer apps, and a different email address for KROOZ driver app example: email-address2@anydomain.com

How do I book KROOZ® ride and delivery?

You can book KROOZ® ride and hotshot delivery request via our interactive KROOZ® mobile apps using any Android or iPhone devices for immediate pickup or schedule the ride for later date and time.

If you have already downloaded and Installed the KROOZ® App.

· Create an Account through the KROOZ® App.

· Once you have completed your account KYC and ID verification process and the KROOZ® admin has activated your account.

· Login with your account credential.

· From the KROOZ® app dashboard you will see the icon that indicates Request Ride and Request Delivery. So, you can navigate Request Ride to book your ride. Enjoy!

Is this company real and what cities does it work in?

KROOZ is 100% real, and we are here to stay.

KROOZ apps were initially launched on June 21, 2016, and recently went through fresh re-development; revamped with new application features and enhancement to enable user friendly ride and delivery services.

How do I know if KROOZ driver app is online or offline?

KROOZ Driver apps does not drop you offline like other TNC apps. KROOZ driver apps are stable and always online once login.

When you login to the KROOZ drivers app you’ll be greeted personally “Welcome Your-name, Have a Safe Trip Today” Then after you are ONLINE and you will see the ONLINE Green DOT indicator on top screen.

Alternatively, you have the option to toggle the indicator to OFFLINE as deemed.

Is there any way that I could also do REGULAR and LARGE?

KROOZ Driver apps do not flip flop vehicle type like other TNC apps. If you signup and choose...

KROOZ Motorbike - you'll only receive ride and delivery request from customers that need motorbike.

KROOZ vehicle REGULAR - you'll only receive ride and delivery request from customers that need regular vehicle.

KROOZ vehicle LARGE - you'll only receive ride and delivery request from customers that need large vehicle.

KROOZ vehicle VIP - you'll only receive ride and delivery request from customers that need VIP vehicle.

Do you have a lost item policy, return fees?

No, KROOZ presently don't have lost item or return fees implemented as we have not had such incident. Although, we do asked drivers to confirm customers didn't leave any item on vehicle as they exit.

We hope to implement return fee in the future to help recoup the driver drive-time in returning any lost item to customer as the need arise.

Is there a damage fee for vomit or car damage?

No specific fee set as for now. If the incident of vomit or car damage should occur KROOZ will have to bill the customer the damage fee per occurrence.

I drive for Uber, OLA, Bolt, Lyft, can I drive for KROOZ too?

Yes, you can drive multiple TNC. While driving for other company log onto the KROOZ driver app and if any ride request should generate within 5 miles of your location you’ll heard a sound alert and receive the SMS alert on your device to enable you accept the request.

Although, we understand KROOZ being a startup ride and delivery request maybe slow in your location, however, that we hope will change very soon.
We encourage our drivers to always login to the KROOZ driver app while they work with other transportation network company of their choice.

Uber, Lyft, Ola and Bolt dominate the market, why do you feel KROOZ® can gain market?

KROOZ® apps are designed with great features other TNC does not have. One of the unique USPTO patent pending features KROOZ® has is the STOP and WAIT. These feature enable driver earn more money when asked by customer to stop and wait at any time during the ride and also gives the customer the flexibility and control of the ride. KROOZ® tend to pay drivers more than other TNC apps without any hidden or weird deduction from drivers earning compared to our competitors. We have great and attractive incentive planned ahead for both drivers and customer that will make us different and better than the rest TNC.

Also, KROOZ offer 20% annual net profit sharing to all drivers. Meaning the annual net profit of KROOZ®; 20% of the net profit will be distributed among all active drivers that worked with KROOZ®.

KROOZ® is the first and only TNC company that consider sharing its profit with drivers; each driver will receive a bonus check by December, the amount received will be determine by how many trips the driver drove during the year. KROOZ® strive to dominate the ride-share market and hopefully few years from now the best TNC.

Why don't you run background checks unless required by law?

As you may know, many states prohibit employers from running background checks to determine employment. KROOZ does not run background criminal checks to determine driver application approval. However, through the implemented KYC and ID verification process integrated in KROOZ application. We can vet each driver before granting approval to our platform.

The current legal landscape surrounding pre-employment background checks can be confusing and treacherous to navigate. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has warned employers against adopting "blanket policies" that summarily bar all individuals with arrest/conviction records from being considered for employment; in fact, the agency has brought several lawsuits against employers who are perceived to use such policies.

To complicate matters, in addition to the EEOC's becoming stricter, many states and cities have recently imposed laws and restrictions surrounding employment screening. For example, Hawaii, Illinois, Oregon and Washington have generally prohibited the use of credit reports in the hiring process, and other states have proposed similar bills.

Additionally, the "Ban the Box" movement has been gaining momentum across the country: Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Minnesota and New Mexico have all passed legislation prohibiting the use of job application forms that require candidates to check a box if they have been convicted of a crime. The "Ban the Box" initiative has also spread to local jurisdictions such as Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Seattle, which have enacted or proposed similar measures.

Do you offer any insurance like Uber and Lyft?

No, presently KROOZ does not offer insurance to driver, KROOZ drivers are independent drivers and they have to provide insurance by themselves. Although, in the KROOZ drivers pay breakdown, we include 1% bonus towards the driver vehicle insurance purchase.

KROOZ® Driver's Pay Breakdown

KROOZ® Driver receives 75% pay per the ride and delivery fees charge to the customer.

The KROOZ® driver 75% pay breakdown as follow:

Base -------------------- 70%
Fuel --------------------- 2% (bonus pay towards drivers fuel)
Vehicle Insurance ----- 1% (bonus pay towards driver vehicle insurance)
Vehicle Maintenance ---- 1% (bonus pay towards driver vehicle maintenance)
Empty Drive ------------ 1% (bonus pay towards empty ride or deliver pickup)

How long before a KROOZ® driver gets paid?

KROOZ® Drivers get Paid DAILY: Drivers’ earnings are paid immediately when each trip (ride and delivery) is completed, and you will see the earning data reflect in your KROOZ account driver app Income section.
For all trips done through the day driver earning are deposited @12:00 AM in midnight (USA). However, it could take a day, two, or more for ACH deposit to clear in your bank account and that depends on how your local bank processes ACH deposit.

I am a customer, why should I do KYC & ID Verification?

To enable safety and security while using KROOZ® platform. Each KROOZ® platform account holder customers and drivers must undergo KYC and ID verification during account creation to enable us to vent users’ legibility and compliance.

Manual KYC (Free)
• Processing Time: 2-3 weeks

• Requirements: Have your Driving License or government issued documents ready for ID verification. Please ensure you read and accept our Terms & Conditions before proceeding.

Once you begin the KYC & ID verification process you must complete the process to avoid account being blocked. If you are not ready to proceed with the KYC process, do not initiate it.
